Association Gavroche specializes in street social work and community
work including abuse prevention, especially sexual child abuse. The
organization also specializes in intervention work with abused children
as well as children involved in prostitution.

The Bulgarian Center for Not-For-Profit
Law (BCNL) Located in Sofia, BCNL was founded in 2001 with a mission to
provide legal support for the development of civil society in Bulgaria.
BCNL's activities include providing assistance in identifying
legislative priorities and drafting CSO legislation, organizing seminars
and trainings on legal and practical issues related to the legal and
fiscal framework of CSOs, maintaining a database of civil society laws,
and providing legal assistance related to the registration and
activities of CSOs. BCNL also includes research on a variety of issues
related to not-for-profit law.
