Is personal identifying information provided on an exempt organization return subject to public disclosure?

Yes. To protect personal information, do not include any personal identifying information not required by the IRS on your forms.

Protect Personal Information
Because Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, and certain Forms 990-T by law must be made publicly available by the IRS and the filer, exempt organizations should not include any personal identifying information, such as social security numbers not required by the IRS, on these forms.
