The Polish NGO Portal www.ngo.pl The site, which is available in both Polish and English versions, includes thematic sections devoted to various issues connected with the non-profit sector, including news, grant announcements, campaigns, jobs and project cooperation and partner search. The library section also includes articles, periodicals, reviews, and reports on events. The database also includes about 50,000 records of NGOs in Poland and beyond.
The directory of development organizations found at: http://www.oecd.org/dev/pgd/directoryofdevelopmentorganizations.htm has been prepared to facilitate international cooperation and knowledge sharing in development work, both among civil society organizations, research institutions, governments and the private sector.
CEE Trust – Trust for Civil Society in Central and Eastern Europe The CEE Trust has been conceived as a mechanism for helping the transition to independent, active and viable networks of organizations and citizens working for the public good. Its major goal has been to promote the development of civil societies in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

IGOR GOLINSKI is a lawyer and expert on legislation in the field of non-governmental organisations at the Association for the Forum of Non-Governmental Initiatives (FIP), a position he has held since 2001. He is in charge of monitoring legislation, organising consultations with NGOs, promoting legal solutions for the non-profit sector and other advocacy activities for NGOs.
The IPA is a non-partisan public policy think tank launched in 1995 to provide a forum for informed debate on social and political issues. It conducts research and analysis, and presents policy recommendations.
